SBWF 2009, part 4

We tried a couple more beers at Oliwer Twist. Chrille and his friend Pyrre joined us at this point.

Victory Wild Devil Ale (bottle) 6,7%
It poured a hazy dark golden-orange liquid with a medium sized foam. Had a scent of caramell, hint of hops and some toilette. It had allot of carbonation, felt stingy in my mouth. Tasted sligthly sour and also had a taste of caramell and hops.
Total: 2,6/5
Tommyknocker Butt Head Bock (bottle) 8,2%
It poured a dark golden-brown liquid with a small foam. It had a scent of malt, caramell and warm alcohol. It was dry and had a taste of caramell with an alcoholic finish. An ok beer but it didn't stick out as anything special.
Total: 3,3/5

Stone Imperial Russian Stout (bottle) 10,8%
It poured a thick and pitch black liquid. It had a strong spicey scent of chocolate, soy sauce, coffey and bread. It tasted just as it smelled, a very nice beer.
Total: 4,2/5

Maui Brewery Coconut Porter (can) 5,7%
Coconut and chocolate, yum yum.
Total: 3,5/5

Terrapin India Style Brown Ale (bottle) 6%
Total: 3,5/5
