Appearance: 5/5
Very hazy golden liquid with a big white foam that left lots of lacing. Looks very appealing.
Smell: 7/10
Banana bread, foam bananas, yeast, coriander
Taste: 6/10
Foam banana, yeast and a hint of cloves. Some sourness. No bitterness and low sweetness.
Mouthfeel: 3/5
Fairly smooth, just a bit harsh and dry, medium body. Decent mouth feel.
Comment:
I was hoping for some hops in this beer but they never showed up. Instead it has to compete with beers like Weihestephaner and Franzizkaner and it can't really compete with those. However I do like that a Swedish brewer makes a wheat beer, that is something that doesn't happen everyday. But maybe they should have been a bit more heavy on the hops to make it stand out.
Not a bad beer though and I think it would well with most kinds of food. Probably nice on a hot summer day as well.
Total: 3,4/5
